Algemene Voorwaarden Tiger Fire Group B.V. 2026
Artikel 1 – Algemene Voorwaarden
1.1 Toepassingsgebied
Deze Algemene Voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op elk aanbod, elke offerte, elke bestelling, elke aankoop, elke levering, elke dienst en elke overeenkomst, in welke vorm dan ook tot stand gekomen, tussen Tiger Fire Group B.V., met maatschappelijke zetel te Parklaan 46, bus 344, 2300 Turnhout, België en ingeschreven in de K.B.O. onder nummer 1030361417 “Tiger Fire Group”, en elke klant, ongeacht of deze wordt gesloten in een B2B-context (dealer, wederverkoper, distributeur) of B2C-context (eindconsument).
1.2 Reikwijdte
Zij gelden eveneens voor alle onderhandelingen, precontractuele contacten, reservaties, demo-verzoeken, vervolgopdrachten, deellevingen, nabestellingen, service- en garantiewerkzaamheden, de levering van reserveonderdelen, alsook voor alle aanvullende of gewijzigde overeenkomsten die voortbouwen op of samenhangen met een eerdere overeenkomst tussen Partijen.
Deze Algemene Voorwaarden gelden voor alle verkoopkanalen, waaronder maar niet beperkt tot:
1.2.1 Offline sales, showroomverkoop en/of demo verkoop
1.2.2 Verkoop via vertegenwoordigers en/of medewerkers
1.2.3 Verkoop via dealers, distributeurs en/of wederverkopers
1.2.4 Verkoop via e-mail, telefoon, sociale media, websites en/of andere elektronische communicatiemiddelen
1.2.5 Verkoop tijdens beurzen, demonstraties, workshops en/of evenementen
1.3 Aanvaarding
Door een bestelling te plaatsen, een offerte te aanvaarden, een betaling uit te voeren, of door producten en/of diensten van Tiger Fire Group af te nemen, bevestigt de klant kennis te hebben genomen van deze Algemene Voorwaarden en deze volledig en onvoorwaardelijk te aanvaarden.
1.4 Uitsluiting andere voorwaarden
De toepasselijkheid van algemene voorwaarden van de klant en/of van enige derde wordt uitdrukkelijk uitgesloten, tenzij Tiger Fire Group deze voorafgaand, schriftelijk en uitdrukkelijk heeft aanvaard. In dat geval blijven deze Algemene Voorwaarden van kracht voor alle bepalingen waarin niet uitdrukkelijk schriftelijk is afgeweken.
Artikel 2 – Bestellingen en Offertes
2.1 Voorlopig karakter
Offertes aangeboden door Tiger Fire Group zijn louter indicatief en vrijblijvend. De offertes worden opgesteld op basis van de door de opdrachtgever gegeven informatie. Indien deze informatie onvolledig en/of foutief zou blijken, behoudt Tiger Fire Group zich het recht voor om een aanvullende offerte op te maken.
2.2 Geldigheid
De prijzen vermeld in de offerte zijn geldig gedurende de termijn vermeld in de offerte en maximaal gedurende vijftien (15) werkdagen vanaf de datum van de offerte. Materiële vergissingen, drukfouten en/of rekenfouten in de offerte verbinden Tiger Fire Group nooit.
2.3 Afwijkingen
Indien een offerte betrekking heeft op een standaard stock kleur, type metaal kan de prijs bij uitvoering afwijken indien het gekozen poeder of metaal niet meer op stock is of niet tot de standaard categorie behoort.
Bestellingen zijn pas tegenstelbaar wanneer deze door Tiger Fire Group uitdrukkelijk werden onderschreven en aanvaard bij wijze van orderbevestiging.
Artikel 3 – Prijsbeleid voor Dealers (B2B)
3.1 RRP’s
De klant (dealer, wederverkoper of distributeur) erkent dat Tiger Fire Group adviesverkoopprijzen (Retail Recommended Prices – RRP’s) publiceert voor haar producten. Deze RRP’s zijn richtwaarden. Voor beide Partijen is het van belang dat promotionele acties en/of prijswijzigingen tijdig en schriftelijk met elkaar worden gecommuniceerd, zodat gezamenlijke promoties en commerciële resultaten op elkaar kunnen worden afgestemd.
3.2 Prijswijzigingen
Tiger Fire Group kan prijzen, RRP’s en dealerprijzen te allen tijde wijzigen. Dergelijke wijzigingen worden gecommuniceerd met een kennisgevingstermijn van minimaal tien (10) werkdagen, tenzij dringende omstandigheden dit niet toelaten.
3.3 Excl. BTW
B2B-prijzen zijn exclusief BTW, transport en heffingen.
3.4 B2C-prijzen
B2C-prijzen, zoals o.a. op tigerfirstore.com, zijn inclusief BTW, tenzij anders vermeld.
3.5 Herzieningen
Tiger Fire Group kan prijzen herzien vanwege stijgende grondstoffenprijzen, productie- en transportkosten, wisselkoersen of marktschommelingen.
Artikel 4 – Levering
4.1 Termijnen
Alle levertermijnen zijn indicatief en niet-bindend. Vertragingen geven de klant geen recht op schadevergoeding, korting of annulering.
4.2 Leveringen en transport
Leveringen gebeuren vanuit het magazijn van Tiger Fire Group of zijn logistieke partners, tenzij schriftelijk anders overeengekomen. Transportkosten worden afzonderlijk aangerekend.
4.3 Risico overdracht
4.3.1 B2B: risico gaat over zodra de goederen het magazijn verlaten.
4.3.2 B2C: risico gaat over bij fysieke levering aan de consument.
4.4 Controleplicht klant (binnen 48 uur)
De klant is verplicht om de zending onmiddellijk te controleren. Dit omvat:
4.4.1 Controleren in aanwezigheid van de bezorger
4.4.2 Bij beschadigde verpakking onmiddellijk openen
4.4.3 Zichtbare schade noteren op de leveringsbon
4.4.4 Opmerkingen zoals “onder voorbehoud van uitpakken” worden niet aanvaard
4.4.5 Bij twijfel mag het pakket geweigerd worden
4.4.6 Foto’s mailen naar support@tigerfire.eu
4.4.7 Na ondertekening zonder voorbehoud: geen klachten meer mogelijk
Artikel 5 – Betaling
5.1 Termijnen
B2B-facturen: betaalbaar binnen 15 werkdagen.
B2C-webshop: vooraf te betalen.
5.2 Laattijdige betaling (B2B)
5.2.1 12% nalatigheidsintrest per jaar
5.2.2 Na 20 werkdagen: 10% forfaitaire schadevergoeding (min. €75)
5.2.3 Onmiddellijke opeisbaarheid van alle bedragen
5.3 Opschorting
Tiger Fire Group mag leveringen opschorten of ontbinden bij wanbetaling of risico daarop.
5.4 Eigendomsvoorbehoud
Alle goederen blijven eigendom van Tiger Fire Group tot volledige betaling.
5.5 Terugname
Tiger Fire Group mag goederen terughalen. Kosten zijn volledig voor de klant.
5.6 Faillissement klant
Tiger Fire Group mag de overeenkomst ontbinden zonder schadevergoeding.
Artikel 6 – Garantie
6.1 Wettelijke garantie B2C
Conform artikelen 1649bis e.v. Oud Burgerlijk Wetboek.
6.2 Commerciële garantie
6.2.1 Plancha BBQ’s cortenstaal/black sokkels, vuurschalen en bakplaat: 15 jaar
6.2.2 Kamado BBQ’s: 5 jaar
6.2.3 Accessoires: 2 jaar
6.3 Uitsluitingen
Geen garantie bij o.a.:
verkeerd gebruik
onjuiste montage
gebrek aan onderhoud
roest door nalatigheid
verkleuring door hitte
normale slijtage
schade tijdens door klant geregeld transport
6.4 Meldplicht
Zichtbare gebreken: onmiddellijk melden (volgens art. 4).
Verborgen gebreken: binnen 5 werkdagen na ontdekking.
6.5 Bewijslast
Volledig bij de klant.
6.6 Geen erkenning
Onderzoek betekent geen erkenning van aansprakelijkheid.
6.7 Opties bij een gebrek
6.7.1 Herstel
6.7.2 Vervanging
6.7.3 Alternatieve commerciële oplossing
6.8 Exclusieve procedure
Herstel/vervanging is de enige aanspraak.
6.9 Wettelijke conformiteit (B2C)

Artikel 7 – Aansprakelijkheid
7.1 Geen aansprakelijkheid voor indirecte schade.
7.2 Maximale aansprakelijkheid = dekking verzekeraar of factuurwaarde.
7.3 Geen aansprakelijkheid voor schade door vertraging, stilstand, productieverlies…
7.4 Overmacht: opschorting of beëindiging zonder vergoeding.
Artikel 8 – Herroepingsrecht (B2C)
8.1 Enkel bij online verkoop aan consumenten
Geen herroepingsrecht bij B2B.
8.2 Termijn
14 dagen vanaf ontvangst van het product.
8.3 Uitoefening
Via e-mail naar support@tigerfire.eu met volledige gegevens.
8.4 Terugzending
Binnen 14 dagen, ongebruikt, volledig, onbeschadigd, in originele verpakking.
8.5 Kosten retour
Voor rekening van de consument.
8.6 Waardevermindering
Wordt ingehouden indien van toepassing.
8.7 Terugbetaling
Binnen 10 werkdagen, uiterlijk na ontvangst van product.
8.8 Terugbetaling omvat
Productprijs + standaard verzendkosten.
8.9 Niet inbegrepen
Extra verzendkosten door keuze consument.
8.10 Geen herroepingsrecht bij o.a.:

hittepatina/roest door gebruik
maatwerk
geopende veiligheidsverzegeling
retour buiten termijn
8.11 Transportrisico
Volledig bij consument.

Artikel 9 – Intellectueel Eigendom
Alle materialen blijven eigendom van Tiger Fire Group en mogen niet zonder schriftelijke toestemming worden gereproduceerd.
Artikel 10 – Toepasselijk recht en rechtbank
Belgisch recht is van toepassing. Bevoegde rechtbank: Antwerpen, afdeling Turnhout.
Artikel 11 – Nietigheid
Ongeldige bepalingen worden vervangen door geldige bepalingen die de bedoeling het dichtst benaderen.
Artikel 12 – Privacy & Gegevensverwerking (GDPR)
Tiger Fire Group verwerkt persoonsgegevens conform GDPR voor uitvoering, klantenbeheer, garantieafhandeling, communicatie en administratie. Gegevens worden enkel gedeeld met noodzakelijke derden.

Article 1 – General Terms and Conditions
1.1 Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to every offer, quotation, order, purchase, delivery, service and agreement, in any form whatsoever, concluded between Tiger Fire Group B.V., with registered office at Parklaan 46, box 344, 2300 Turnhout, Belgium, registered in the C.B.E. under number 1030361417 “Tiger Fire Group”, and any customer, regardless of whether the agreement is entered into in a B2B context (dealer, reseller, distributor) or a B2C context (end consumer).
1.2 Extent
They also apply to all negotiations, pre-contractual contacts, reservations, demo requests, follow-up orders, partial deliveries, repeat orders, service and warranty activities, the delivery of spare parts, as well as all supplementary or amended agreements that build on or relate to a previous agreement between the Parties.
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all sales channels, including but not limited to:
1.2.1 Offline sales, showroom sales and/or demo sales
1.2.2 Sales via representatives and/or employees
1.2.3 Sales via dealers, distributors and/or resellers
1.2.4 Sales via email, telephone, social media, websites and/or other electronic communication methods
1.2.5 Sales at fairs, demonstrations, workshops and/or events
1.3 Acceptance
By placing an order, accepting a quotation, making a payment, or purchasing products and/or services from Tiger Fire Group, the customer confirms having taken note of these General Terms and Conditions and fully and unconditionally accepts them.
1.4 Exclusion of other terms
The applicability of general terms and conditions of the customer and/or any third party is expressly excluded, unless Tiger Fire Group has accepted them in advance, in writing and explicitly. In such case, these General Terms and Conditions remain in force for all provisions not explicitly deviated from in writing.
Article 2 – Orders and Quotations
2.1 Preliminary nature
Quotations provided by Tiger Fire Group are purely indicative and non-binding. They are drawn up based on the information provided by the customer. If this information proves incomplete and/or incorrect, Tiger Fire Group reserves the right to issue an additional quotation.
2.2 Validity
Prices stated in the quotation are valid for the period indicated in the quotation and for a maximum of fifteen (15) working days from the date of the quotation. Material mistakes, printing errors and/or calculation errors in the quotation shall never bind Tiger Fire Group.
2.3 Deviations
If a quotation concerns a standard stock colour or metal type, the price may differ at execution if the chosen powder or metal is no longer in stock or does not belong to the standard category.
Orders are only binding once expressly confirmed and accepted by Tiger Fire Group by means of an order confirmation.
Article 3 – Pricing Policy for Dealers (B2B)
3.1 RRP’s
The customer (dealer, reseller or distributor) acknowledges that Tiger Fire Group publishes Recommended Retail Prices (RRP’s) for its products. These RRP’s are reference values. It is important for both Parties that promotional actions and/or price changes are communicated in a timely and written manner so that joint promotions and commercial results can be aligned.
3.2 Price changes
Tiger Fire Group may change prices, RRP’s and dealer prices at any time. Such changes are communicated with a notice period of at least ten (10) working days, unless urgent circumstances prevent this.
3.3 Excl. VAT
B2B prices are exclusive of VAT, transport and fees.
3.4 B2C prices
B2C prices, such as those on tigerfirstore.com, include VAT unless otherwise stated.
3.5 Revisions
Tiger Fire Group may revise prices due to rising raw material prices, production and transport costs, exchange rates or market fluctuations.
Article 4 – Delivery
4.1 Deadlines
All delivery times are indicative and non-binding. Delays do not entitle the customer to compensation, discounts or cancellation.
4.2 Deliveries and transport
Deliveries take place from the warehouse of Tiger Fire Group or its logistics partners, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Transport costs are charged separately.
4.3 Transfer of risk
4.3.1 B2B: risk transfers as soon as the goods leave the warehouse.
4.3.2 B2C: risk transfers upon physical delivery to the consumer.
4.4 Customer inspection obligation (within 48 hours)
The customer must inspect the shipment immediately. This includes:
4.4.1 Inspecting in the presence of the courier
4.4.2 Opening immediately upon damaged packaging
4.4.3 Noting visible damage on the delivery note
4.4.4 Remarks such as “subject to unpacking” are not accepted
4.4.5 In case of doubt, the package may be refused
4.4.6 Sending photos to support@tigerfire.eu
4.4.7 After signing without reservation: no further claims are possible
Article 5 – Payment
5.1 Terms
B2B invoices: payable within 15 working days.
B2C webshop: payable in advance.
5.2 Late payment (B2B)
5.2.1 12% annual late payment interest
5.2.2 After 20 working days: 10% fixed compensation (min. €75)
5.2.3 Immediate enforceability of all amounts
5.3 Suspension
Tiger Fire Group may suspend or terminate deliveries in case of non-payment or risk thereof.
5.4 Retention of title
All goods remain the property of Tiger Fire Group until full payment.
5.5 Return
Tiger Fire Group may reclaim goods. Costs are entirely borne by the customer.
5.6 Bankruptcy customer
Tiger Fire Group may terminate the agreement without compensation.
Article 6 – Warranty
6.1 Legal B2C warranty
In accordance with Articles 1649bis et seq. of the Belgian Civil Code.
6.2 Commercial warranty
6.2.1 Plancha BBQs corten steel/black bases, fire bowls and griddle plate: 15 years
6.2.2 Kamado BBQs: 5 years
6.2.3 Accessories: 2 years
6.3 Exclusions
No warranty applies in cases of:
misuse
incorrect assembly
lack of maintenance
rust due to negligence
discoloration due to heat
normal wear
damage during customer-arranged transport
6.4 Reporting obligation
Visible defects: report immediately (per Article 4).
Hidden defects: within 5 working days after discovery.
6.5 Burden of proof
Entirely on the customer.
6.6 No recognition
Examination does not imply acknowledgment of liability.
6.7 Options in case of defect
6.7.1 Repair
6.7.2 Replacement
6.7.3 Alternative commercial solution
6.8 Exclusive procedure
Repair/replacement is the only possible recourse.
6.9 Legal conformity (B2C)
In accordance with Book VI of the Belgian Code of Economic Law.
Article 7 – Liability
7.1 No liability for indirect damage.
7.2 Maximum liability = coverage of the insurer or invoice value.
7.3 No liability for damage due to delay, downtime, production loss…
7.4 Force majeure: suspension or termination without compensation.
Article 8 – Right of Withdrawal (B2C)
8.1 Only for online sales to consumers
No right of withdrawal for B2B.
8.2 Term
14 days from receipt of the product.
8.3 Exercise
Via email to support@tigerfire.eu with complete information.
8.4 Return
Within 14 days, unused, complete, undamaged, in original packaging.
8.5 Return costs
Paid by the consumer.
8.6 Depreciation
Deducted if applicable.
8.7 Refund
Within 10 working days, at the latest after receipt of the product.

Article 9 – Intellectual Property
All materials remain property of Tiger Fire Group and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Article 10 – Applicable Law and Court
Belgian law applies. Competent court: Antwerp, division Turnhout.
Article 11 – Invalidity
Invalid provisions are replaced by valid provisions that most closely reflect the intention.
Article 12 – Privacy & Data Processing (GDPR)
Tiger Fire Group processes personal data in accordance with GDPR for execution, customer management, warranty handling, communication and administration. Data is only shared with necessary third parties.

Article 1 – Conditions Générales
1.1 Champ d’application
Les présentes Conditions Générales s’appliquent à toute offre, tout devis, toute commande, tout achat, toute livraison, tout service et tout contrat, sous quelque forme que ce soit, conclu entre Tiger Fire Group B.V., dont le siège social est situé Parklaan 46, boîte 344, 2300 Turnhout, Belgique, inscrite à la BCE sous le numéro 1030361417 « Tiger Fire Group », et tout client, que ce soit dans un contexte B2B (revendeur, distributeur) ou B2C (consommateur final).
1.2 Portée
Elles s’appliquent également à toutes les négociations, contacts précontractuels, réservations, demandes de démonstration, commandes complémentaires, livraisons partielles, nouvelles commandes, services et activités de garantie, à la livraison de pièces détachées, ainsi qu’à tout contrat supplémentaire ou modifié lié à un accord antérieur entre les Parties.
Les présentes Conditions Générales s’appliquent à tous les canaux de vente, y compris mais sans s’y limiter :
1.2.1 Ventes hors ligne, en showroom et/ou ventes démo
1.2.2 Ventes via représentants et/ou collaborateurs
1.2.3 Ventes via revendeurs, distributeurs et/ou partenaires
1.2.4 Ventes par e-mail, téléphone, réseaux sociaux, sites web et/ou autres moyens électroniques
1.2.5 Ventes lors de salons, démonstrations, workshops et/ou événements
1.3 Acceptation
En passant commande, en acceptant un devis, en effectuant un paiement ou en achetant des produits et/ou services de Tiger Fire Group, le client confirme avoir pris connaissance des présentes Conditions Générales et les accepter pleinement et sans réserve.
1.4 Exclusion d'autres conditions
Les conditions générales du client et/ou de tiers sont expressément exclues, sauf acceptation préalable, écrite et explicite de Tiger Fire Group. Dans ce cas, les présentes Conditions Générales restent d'application pour toutes les dispositions non expressément dérogées par écrit.
Article 2 – Commandes et Devis
2.1 Caractère provisoire
Les devis fournis par Tiger Fire Group sont purement indicatifs et non contraignants. Ils sont établis sur base des informations fournies par le client. Si ces informations s’avèrent incomplètes ou incorrectes, Tiger Fire Group se réserve le droit d'émettre un devis complémentaire.
2.2 Validité
Les prix indiqués dans le devis sont valables pour la durée mentionnée dans celui-ci et au maximum quinze (15) jours ouvrables à compter de sa date. Les erreurs matérielles, fautes d'impression et/ou erreurs de calcul ne lient jamais Tiger Fire Group.
2.3 Dérogations
Si un devis concerne une couleur ou un type de métal en stock standard, le prix peut différer à l’exécution si la poudre ou le métal choisi n’est plus disponible ou ne fait plus partie de la catégorie standard.
Les commandes ne sont contraignantes que lorsqu'elles ont été expressément confirmées et acceptées par Tiger Fire Group via une confirmation de commande.
Article 3 – Politique de Prix pour Revendeurs (B2B)
3.1 Prix de vente conseillés (RRP)
Le client (revendeur ou distributeur) reconnaît que Tiger Fire Group publie des prix de vente conseillés (RRP). Ces prix sont indicatifs. Il est important pour les deux Parties que les actions promotionnelles et/ou modifications de prix soient communiquées en temps utile et par écrit afin d’harmoniser les promotions et résultats commerciaux.
3.2 Modifications de prix
Tiger Fire Group peut modifier les prix, RRP et prix revendeurs à tout moment. Ces modifications sont communiquées avec un préavis d’au moins dix (10) jours ouvrables, sauf circonstances urgentes.
3.3 Hors TVA
Les prix B2B s’entendent hors TVA, transport et taxes.
3.4 Prix B2C
Les prix B2C, tels que ceux sur tigerfirstore.com, incluent la TVA sauf indication contraire.
3.5 Révisions
Tiger Fire Group peut réviser les prix en raison de l’augmentation du coût des matières premières, de la production, du transport, des taux de change ou de fluctuations du marché.
Article 4 – Livraison
4.1 Délais
Tous les délais de livraison sont indicatifs et non contraignants. Les retards ne donnent droit à aucune indemnisation, réduction ou annulation.
4.2 Livraisons et transport
Les livraisons s’effectuent depuis l’entrepôt de Tiger Fire Group ou depuis ses partenaires logistiques, sauf accord écrit contraire. Les frais de transport sont facturés séparément.
4.3 Transfert des risques
4.3.1 B2B : le risque est transféré dès que les marchandises quittent l’entrepôt.
4.3.2 B2C : le risque est transféré lors de la livraison physique au consommateur.
4.4 Obligation de contrôle (dans les 48h)
Le client doit inspecter l’envoi immédiatement. Cela comprend :
4.4.1 Contrôle en présence du livreur
4.4.2 Ouverture immédiate en cas d’emballage endommagé
4.4.3 Mention des dommages visibles sur le bon de livraison
4.4.4 Les remarques telles que « sous réserve de déballage » ne sont pas acceptées
4.4.5 En cas de doute, le colis peut être refusé
4.4.6 Photos à envoyer à support@tigerfire.eu
4.4.7 Après signature sans réserve : plus aucune réclamation n’est possible
Article 5 – Paiement
5.1 Délais
Factures B2B : payables dans les 15 jours ouvrables.
Webshop B2C : paiement anticipé.
5.2 Retard de paiement (B2B)
5.2.1 Intérêts de retard de 12%/an
5.2.2 Après 20 jours ouvrables : indemnité forfaitaire de 10% (min. 75 €)
5.2.3 Exigibilité immédiate de toutes les sommes dues
5.3 Suspension
Tiger Fire Group peut suspendre ou résilier les livraisons en cas de non-paiement ou risque de non-paiement.
5.4 Réserve de propriété
Les marchandises restent la propriété de Tiger Fire Group jusqu’au paiement complet.
5.5 Reprise
Tiger Fire Group peut récupérer les marchandises. Les frais sont entièrement à charge du client.
5.6 Faillite du client
Tiger Fire Group peut résilier le contrat sans indemnité.
Article 6 – Garantie
6.1 Garantie légale B2C
Conformément aux articles 1649bis et suivants du Code civil belge.
6.2 Garantie commerciale
6.2.1 Plancha BBQ corten/black, braseros et plaque de cuisson : 15 ans
6.2.2 Kamado BBQ : 5 ans
6.2.3 Accessoires : 2 ans
6.3 Exclusions
Aucune garantie en cas de :
mauvaise utilisation
montage incorrect
manque d’entretien
rouille due à la négligence

Article 9 – Propriété Intellectuelle
Tous les matériels restent la propriété de Tiger Fire Group et ne peuvent être reproduits sans autorisation écrite.
Article 10 – Droit applicable et tribunal compétent
Le droit belge s’applique. Tribunal compétent : Anvers, division Turnhout.
Article 11 – Nullité
Les dispositions invalides sont remplacées par des dispositions valides se rapprochant le plus de l’intention initiale.
Article 12 – Confidentialité & Traitement des Données (RGPD)
Tiger Fire Group traite les données personnelles conformément au RGPD pour l’exécution du contrat, la gestion clientèle, le traitement des garanties, la communication et l’administration. Les données ne sont partagées qu’avec les tiers nécessaires.
