SKEWER OF PORK TENDERLOIN WITH PINEAPPLE AND PAPRIKA
- 350 grams pork tenderloi
- 1 red pepper
- 1 fresh pineapple
- 2 tablespoons olive oi
- 1 tablespoon Provencal herbs

Cut the pork tenderloin into nice cubes. Make sure the pieces of meat you cut are about the same size. Mix the meat with the olive oil and the Provencal herbs.
Remove the seeds and the stem of the pepper and then cut into square pieces. Also cut the fresh pineapple into large, even pieces
Prick a piece of meat, a piece of pineapple and a piece of pepper alternately on a skewer. Season with salt and pepper.

Start the TiGER FiRE by making a small fire of oak & beech. Make a pyramid shape. Gradually add larger blocks of wood to the pyramid.
Rub the baking tray with oil. Preferably use peanut oil.
If the fire in the TiGER FiRE burns well it takes about 20 to 30 minutes before the maximum cooking temperature is reached.
Bake the skewers nice and brown on the plate. Or use the TiGER FiRE satay grill to grill all your skewers over the wood fire.
Serve with a fresh salad and a roasted potato.
