GRILLED SALMON

INGREDIENTS

  • salmon nuts on the skin
  • fish herbs of your choice

TIGER FIRE ACCESSORIES

  • spatula
  • olive oil can

Preparation

Rub the salmon nuts with fish herbs of your choice.

Let’s go outside

Start the TiGER FiRE by making a small fire of oak & beech. Make a pyramid shape. Gradually add larger blocks of wood to the pyramid.  

Rub the baking tray with oil. Preferably use peanut oil.

If the fire in the TiGER FiRE burns well it takes about 20 to 30 minutes before the maximum cooking temperature is reached.

First let the salmon bake on the skin for 10 minutes. Then turn around and bake for a few more minutes on the pink side. The fish must still be pink for the most part.
