Preparation
With a knife, cut away a piece of the peel and the banana from the hollow side of the bananas. Create a canoe effect. Then fill each banana with chocolate chips and sprinkle with brown sugar.
Let’s go outside
Start the TiGER FiRE by making a small fire of oak & beech. Make a pyramid shape. Gradually add larger blocks of wood to the pyramid.
If the fire in the TiGER FiRE burns well it takes about 20 to 30 minutes before the maximum cooking temperature is reached.
When the flames are muffled, place the grill grid above the fire, put the bananas on top and let them grill until they are soft to the touch. Flambé with brown rum.
Serving suggestion
Serve the bananas while still warm, combined with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
