Camembertdip

INGREDIENTS

  • Camembert (wooden box)
  • fresh rosemary
  • toast bread

Preparation

Remove the paper from the Camembert and put the cheese back in the wooden box. Make a few notches in the cheese and put a few sprigs of rosemary in it. 

Cut the toast bread in half a few times so that you get small triangles. Or take a whole loaf of bread and cut it into squares. 

Let’s go outside

Start the TiGER FiRE by making a small fire of oak & beech. Make a pyramid shape. Gradually add larger blocks of wood to the pyramid.  

Rub the baking tray with oil. Preferably use peanut oil.

If the fire in the TiGER FiRE burns well it takes about 20 to 30 minutes before the maximum cooking temperature is reached.

Place the wooden box with the Camembert on the baking plate for fifteen minutes. In the meantime, bake the toast on the baking plate until crispy. 

Serving suggestion

Cut open the crust. Let your guests gather around the TiGER FiRE and let them dip the grilled toast in the Camembert.
